ABOUT RICHARD STOCKETT
Since 1982, Richard Stockett has built more than fourteen-hundred Homes & developed over twenty New Home Neighborhoods. He has strong multi-family experience, having built "For Sale" and rental townhomes, as well apartments. Richard earned his bachelor degree from East Carolina University in Business Management. He holds a North Carolina Builders License and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License. Richard has served on many housing related task forces and commissions, throughout his twenty-five years in business. He has received many awards, among which was one for the "Most Insured Homes in North Carolina, by a builder with no suits, no arbitrations or complaints".


ABOUT DREW SCHENCK
Drew Schenck is President of  WakeHomes Realty and  DevelopCo, LLC.   Before entering the real estate business over a decade ago, Drew used his entrepreneurial spirit to co-found Capitol Food Equipment in 1990.   Shortly thereafter, he then founded a small restaurant chain, Remington Grill, in 1992.   After selling Remington Grill to the current owners, Drew began a career in Real Estate becoming a top broker with Re\max.   He received multiple awards including the ‘Platinum Club’ award and was inducted into the ‘Re\max Hall of Fame’. www.DevelopCoLLC.com
